A LOVE TIP
Here is another
LOVE TIP...
We need to be careful when we are feeling hurt, fearful, angry, sad, or mentally confused... we may impulsively say or do something negative ...
Use this process:
1. Stop and say the word SERENITY to yourself... let this peaceful word open the door to your Higher-Self, Higher-Power
2. Become consciously AWARE through just gently NOTICING your feelings and true needs
3. Practice applying a POSITIVE CHARACTER TRAIT that will help the situation such as Calmness, Compassion, Consideration, Courtesy, Empathy, Focus, Honesty, Humility, Kindness, Patience, Politeness, Resourcefulness, Respect, Responsibility, Sincerity, Team-Work, Tolerance, Trustworthiness, or other traits. There is a fuller list below.
4. Then use COMPASSIONATE, RESPECTFUL DIALOG to work on solutions, adjustments or compromises
5. CO-EMPOWER, COLLABORATE and CO-CREATE each other's solutions and dreams...
6. Have some HEALTHY FUN and good humor...
7. Create a new POSSIBILITY, a PLAN and a PROGRAM to keep yourself on the path to your goals, healthy self-love and healthy, loving relationships with others...
