All around the world, educated, moderate people are very concerned.
We are experiencing a global culture war.
On one side, there are the religious zealots and fanatics in all religions, all claiming they are the correct religion.
On the other end of the spectrum are the greedy and the pornographers.
The people in the middle need to grow more educated and stronger to create a healthy, compassionate world.
Moderate, considerate people, from all faiths, races and walks of life need to come together to be more organized politically, locally, nationally and globally...

Dysfunctional Leadership Traits
& Uncreative Bureaucratic Behaviors
& Uncreative Bureaucratic Behaviors
Leaders and government officials are very important, locally, nationally and globally.
It is unfortunate when leaders and government officials don't solve problems.
It is unfortunate when leaders and government officials don't solve problems.
(SEE FOOD JUSTICE HERE) ... Yet, when you approach some leaders about this issue they act like you don't exist. They play dumb and pretend capitalism is working fine, "the markets will take care of everything."
They ignore the dysfunction of the unethical or immoral business and financial practices that go rewarded:* profit-driven food commodities day-trading leading to inflation and hunger
* the drug trade leading to massive addictions
* the banking meltdown followed by bonuses
* massive conventional weapons trade leading to child soldiers and wasting needed resources
* intellectual piracy
* military intervention instead of comprehensive dialogue, collaboration and co-creativity to solve the world’s problems
There are 23 world problems needing expert attention around our world.

This is former World Bank Vice President Jean-François Rischard’s list of Twenty Global Issues that need to be solved in Twenty Years. He recommends that 30 world experts in each field gather for two years to make recommendations to 70 other experts in their field to come up with solutions.

Other leaders just don't ignore you. Some leaders are unfriendly, negative, belligerent and insulting. They can be super game players, liars, uncollaborative, uncooperative, selfish and self-centered. They may delay helping you, not complete what they should, not take responsibility for not completing, and waste your time, energy and money.
They hate feedback and are blind to themselves, never taking responsibility for their duysfunctional ways of being and doing things.
When you "speak truth to power," negative leaders may try to thwart your progress. You will need to periodically pull back and recharge. If you need to:
* Stay away from negative people
* Be compassionate with yourself
* Take good care of yourself
* Say to yourself, I am a clearing for positive energy, peace, love and abundance in my life and the world
How can you become more powerful in the face of these game players? Use these affirmations:
* Humility saves me from humiliation
* Forgiveness saves me from resentment
* I forgive all who have harmed me or not helped me
* I release them
* I release them
* I move on gently… with compassion for myself
Keep It Simple
Some days, things may seem overwhelming, people may seem crazy, and you can feel confused. When that happens, only do what needs to be done just for today. Stop worrying about next week, next month, next year, or the future. Only do what needs to be done today. Make a list of things to do. When you finish something on your list, check it off and feel appreciative for what you have accomplished, even if it is something very small and simple. Keep it simple.
Be Loving to Yourself and Others
When you accomplish something, even very small, appreciate yourself. This is needed because all the social changes that we are trying to create in the world are being thwarted by people making money, or having their ego inflated when they act like big-shots, superior, important, in-control, and in power.
