Wealthy people need a program they can be involved in to help transform society... but they often shy away from such creative, interactive programs...
Instead, some may continually seek high-status, safe experiences, slip into being disdainful, and may actually be afraid to be with anyone who is not wealthy...
Some may repetitively shop and go on trips... disconnecting from authentic conversations about social issues...
Wealthy people may not have good human relations skills - interpersonal communications skills... they may not listen very well, nor care to get to know others...
They like to come and go as they please... without people and issues bothering them...

In America, and possibly elsewhere, the wealthy need to pay more taxes... Their enormous wealth can be used for good purposes... but governments are dysfunctional and not solving problems...
So the rich hate paying taxes that are used to pay the salaries of dysfunctional government workers and ever-proliferating poor populations...
Some wealthy people like giving their money to philanthropy better then governments because their money is used for what they like... hospitals, libraries, art, cultural institutions...

Many wealthy people think the poor need to have fewer children and take better care of the ones they have... they don't like that the poor receive larger welfare checks based on increasing the number of children they have...
* Homo Sapiens (Wise Man) began evolving 200,000 years ago* Population reaches 1,000,000,000 by 1800* 5,000,000,000 people added in 200 years, by 2000, to 6,000,000,000* 1,000,000,000 people now added every 10 years; 7,000,000,000 people on Earth in 2010* Estimated to be 9-12,000,000,000 people in 2050
Anatomically modern humans originated in Africa about 200,000 years ago, reaching full behavioral modernity around 50,000 years ago.Humans have a highly developed brain, capable of abstract reasoning, language, introspection, and problem solving. This mental capability, combined with an erect body carriage that frees the hands for manipulating objects, has allowed humans to make far greater use of tools than any other living species on Earth. Other higher-level thought processes of humans, such as self-awareness, rationality, and sapience (wisdom), are considered to be defining features of what constitutes a "person".
Wisdom is a deep understanding and realizing of people, things, events or situations, resulting in the ability to choose or act to consistently produce the optimum results with a minimum of time and energy. It is the ability to optimally (effectively and efficiently) apply perceptions and knowledge and so produce the desired results. Wisdom is also the comprehension of what is true or right coupled with optimum judgment as to action. Synonyms include: sagacity, discernment, or insight. Wisdom often requires control of one's emotional reactions (the "passions") so that one's principles, reason and knowledge prevail to determine one's actions.

The wealthy, and the poor, and everyone in between, have something in common... we all need communications skills to have a better life...

We are not making social progress because people won't communicate authentically, collaborate, co-create and help each other... People need to open doors for other people so progress can be made by introducing good people, with good ideas, to people with money and resources to produce breakthrough innovations, inventions, programs and processes that can benefit society and nature...

Why is the world suffering so much?
The Republicans are playing the Game of Obstructionism... not allowing President Obama to lead...
The Democrats use the numbers of the poor to get elected, but are unable to solve the problems of the poor because their numbers of children are beyond the systems capacity to help them... (exponential growth of people without wisdom, community, collaboration, co-creativity and the evolution of systems)...

Without communications skills and collaboration skills there is no way the world can be helped. Elected officials, parents, and workers need to communicate and collaborate more positively and effectively...
Only then may the wealthy contribute more to society... of their money, time and talent...

Why are there so many cruel people in the world?
People are hurt and damaged when they are young by dysfunctional adults, teens and children. They then grow up hurt and angry, that turns into chronic anger and resentment, which they act-out in the world through being passive (in-active), passive-aggressive (hording, stinginess, obstructionism) and aggressive (hostile, abusive, violent)...
They need to learn communications and collaboration skills to be assertive and constructive in life...

How can my organization help?
We can help your community through providing Communication & Collaboration Skills Workshops for parents, workers and members of your community.
Have a conversation with the people in your community who have the power and resources to sponsor a Communications & Collaborations Skills Workshop.
These people can be found in family and juvenile courts, hospitals, police, fire departments, schools, libraries, PTAs, religious organizations and larger companies with resources for learning opportunities for their workers.
