Meditating on Love

As I wrote about in
7 Keys to Love, within
most of us is a wonderful, underdeveloped, great potential to experience and express
7 ways to love. 
 

Yet, with all the daily chaos, difficulty and strife in the world, many people don’t feel love, kindness and warmth in their lives.

I teach a meditation class in three parts: 

Part I
Getting Started with Meditation

Part II
MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Part III
HEARTFUL MEDITATION


In the heartful meditation part, I help people understand that when we feel love within, we can help bring our lives into balance, harmony, peace and happiness. 

I share that through the abundance of our love, felt and shared, we can heal and restore the beauty, compassion, wellness and joy contained in every moment.


We can bring love into our personal, family, professional, and community lives when we increase our capacity to love through meditating on love each day.

I suggest to the people I teach to:
* MEDITATE when they wake on the special way to love for that day
* JOURNAL about it
* EXPRESS that love during the day

This way, we bring more love to ourselves, each other and the world...
